I don't know if anyone will answer this, but does anyone know where I can get a Caustic Soda CD?

I was looking for them today. If you live in Melbourne, Missing Link would seem like the best place, but the guy in there said that they only had them when the guys from the band brought them in, and they hadn't for ages.
So...no idea. He said that the best bet was to look around for secondhand stuff.

hey fellas, yeah, cs stuff is very hard to come by, look up rabbitrecords on the net, they sent me a copy of femoleviolence, or maybe trial and error records . . . they sold me a copy of bleak youngkid disknowledge at a gig at the arthouse 3 years ago or so . . i think chaosmusic.com had some copies, but not too sure on that. All the records were a limited pressing of about 1000 copies of each record or so . . so there arent many yeah, dunno guys . . . maybe ask donnie to burn you a copy try : www.trialanderror.live.com.auor just look up the above places . . anyways, sorry i cant be of more help . . . cheers reders

Hey people.
Both albums have sold out and did so years ago. You could only get them secondhand now unless Matt from TMT has some dusty old ones. The 7 inch you could get from crackle records in the uk or I will have the last copies in Aus at the reunion show on chrissy eve at the arthouse. If they dont all go on the night then they will be at Missing Link Records after that then that will be it. The other thing we are doing is a limited run of 50 numbered posters for the reunion show designed by Pete of Pee Records. They will be sold on the night (no price as of yet) and that will be it. They will be kind of a momento of the night because believe me it will be a one off.
Cheers,
Lachlan.

Buntman - or Lachlan
Will there be anyone recording the Caustic Soda Re-Union, ala both the MYC Reunions where one of which was released into a super sounding live LP??
Yeah - it would be super good if that were or is the case

Hey Reders,
No. No recording will be done on the night as far as I have been told. No one from a label has approached us to release anything like that and we don't have the time or money to do it ourselves. The only thing that I can think of is releasing all the songs we ever recorded one the one disk and do a limited run of that because I don't know if there would be a demand for it. The only thing we will have is the limited posters on the night which I have mentioned. They are going to the printers as I type. ;D

Thats a real shame about no live cd - i reckon i'd be a best seller!! How would it be possible to get a local label to record it? - Its an opportunity that could be missed.
Hey Lachie, any chance you can hold onto a poster for me at the gig??

Reders,
Not sure about the label thing but Donnie was talking about some local guy that might be interested in putting out everything we ever recorded on the one cd. No idea if it will happen.
Will try and hold a poster for you. I would say it will be ok but get there early just incase.
Lachlan.
